Photojenec is a local-first ID and passport photo printing studio. We designed the app so your photos and projects stay on your device. This policy explains what data is processed locally, what hosting and advertising partners may process, and how cookie consent works.
When you use Photojenec, the following may be stored or processed locally in your browser:
Photos are not uploaded to Photojenec servers for storage or processing. Print and PDF generation happen in your browser.
Photojenec does not require an account. We do not intentionally collect for our own systems:
If you access Photojenec over the internet, the hosting provider may automatically receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps. That infrastructure data is used to operate and secure the site. It is separate from your photo files, which remain on your device.
The app may load fonts or other static assets from third-party CDNs. Those providers process technical requests as needed to deliver the assets.
We may also use measurement tools (analytics) in the future. Those scripts load only if you allow the Analytics category in Cookie settings.
Photojenec may display ads served by Google AdSense (or related Google advertising services). AdSense is a third-party service operated by Google. When ads are enabled and you have allowed marketing cookies, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to:
AdSense and personalized advertising load only after you opt in to the Marketing category (or Accept all) in our cookie banner / Cookie settings. If you choose Essential only, or leave Marketing off, we will not load AdSense scripts for personalized or marketing ads.
Google’s use of data is governed by Google’s policies, including the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can also manage ad preferences in Google Ads Settings.
Photojenec does not send your uploaded ID photos to Google for advertising. Ad partners receive standard ad-tech signals from the page (and cookies, if allowed)—not the contents of your studio photos.
Because studio data lives on your device, you can clear it yourself: remove photos from a project, delete saved templates in the app, or clear site data for Photojenec in your browser settings. Use Cookie settings to turn Analytics or Marketing (AdSense) on or off.
Photojenec is intended for photo shop operators and adults preparing ID photos. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly serve personalized ads to children.
We may update this policy as the product changes (including when AdSense or analytics go live). The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of Photojenec after changes means you accept the updated policy.
